Return Policy

Due to COVID-19 and our high regard for the health and safety of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, She Creates Designs will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include faulty printing and tears/holes in item). We will also honor returns ONLY where orders were incorrectly processed after submission. All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions. You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. She Creates Designs will cover the cost of shipping your new item.

NOTE: We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen by the customer, change of heart on color, etc. Please make sure that you have confirmed your order before submission.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address you provide during order processing.

Order Cancellation

Orders CANNOT be canceled once payment has been submitted.

Digital Designs

Please note that colors may not be exact, but close, due to digital mock up limitations and varying screen resolutions. 

If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect.
